We're a family-owned crew that's been building across North Texas and Southern Oklahoma since 2015, and we're growing. If you take pride in your work and show up when you say you will, we want to hear from you.
Big Dawgz Construction is looking for good people on both sides of the business, the folks who sell the work and the folks who build it. Here's what we're hiring for right now.
Our sales role. You'll meet homeowners after a storm, walk the roof, put together honest estimates, work alongside insurance adjusters, and see each job through from the first handshake to the final walkthrough. People skills and follow-through matter more than a resume.
Experienced installers who do clean, careful work. If you've hung siding, run fascia, or set windows and you stand behind what you put up, there's a spot for you on our crews.
Anyone with solid general handyman experience. We do a lot more than roofs these days, remodels, repairs, outbuildings, and we need hands that can handle a little of everything.
Our shop is at 213 North Oklahoma Cutoff in Burkburnett, TX, and most of our work is within driving distance across North Texas and Southern Oklahoma.
You'd be working for the people whose name is on the business, not a call center or a corporate office three states away. We do honest work, we treat our crews like family, and we stand behind everything we build with a 5-year labor warranty on our workmanship. Steady work, straight talk, and a team that has your back.
